Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee key modules of our MAtrix claims processing platform. This role involves enhancing the platform's efficiency, integrating AI-driven solutions, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives that streamline claim processing and improve operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of specific modules within the Matrix platform, from ideation to deployment to handover to operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with operations, engineering, and other teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI and machine learning to improve claim processing quality and reduce turnaround times.
- User Experience: Continuously assess and improve the user interface and experience for internal users and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in product management, preferably in health tech, insurance, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product development and a solid understanding of software development processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
